What does this picture mean?

What could this possibly mean?

OK, my dad sends out these pictures to family with no explanation. I know the easy assumption would be that this is his wife’s new car… but that is far toooooo obvious, it can’t be that!

What do YOU THINK is the meaning of these mysterious pictures? I think she must have just gotten a new job at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers!

  1. She traded Doug in on something more practical with less mileage. But she still liked the color silver/gray as something to remind her of Doug.

  2. I know, it’s her friends car that she borrowed and wrecked and got fixed just before the friend got back in town… see how much it looks like before the accident?

  3. She was told to stand there and model by her husband so he could confuse you guys by sending pictures with no explanation? (He enjoys it) ?

  4. Karl, can’t you see? Your dad is HINTING! This is the car he wants you to BUY HIM, and he is using his wife’s smile to soften you.

  5. What? you dont have to have plates on the front of cars in COL? (Assuming thats where rocky mountain place would be)

  6. It’s the getaway vehicle!!! Getaway from what you ask??? . . .

  7. Dad misses his favorite son and decided to finally invest in a vehicle that can survive a road trip to Toronto.

  8. Patty has shrunk and dad was trying to show us by having her pose by a Matchbox car!

  9. My wife has never had a nice car; I’ve never had a really nice car (we won’t count the Ford “Exploder”), so it was time to get working A/C in a nice package. Decided that we could skip two meals/day for a year or so.

  10. Dear Advice-givers, Doug says my new baby must stay in the garage until it is paid for. How do I get him to change his mind?

  11. doug was tired of being the “lesser loved” since i told him i love him but i love patty more. so he was just trying to get in my good graces by buying patty a new car. okay…nice try…but patty is still the greater loved! :-D actually, i had already suggested to them personally that patty had found a more lucrative income modeling for car dealerships and was out of the framing department!
